ABOUT
THE AUTHOR: Born and raised in Hartford, Connecticut, Patricia has been writing since she was eight years old, stretched
out across her bed crafting bunny stories. In the 8th grade, one of her plays was produced by the Girl Scouts and in high
school, a piece on the death of President Kennedy was published in The Hartford Courant, her first real by-line.
Patricia holds a B.S. in Written Communications from Central Connecticut State University and a graduate degree in Liberal
Studies from Wesleyan University. For over 20 years, she has worked as a freelance and business writer, developing promotional
pieces for corporate and non-profit clients. Her magazine articles and essays have appeared in local and national publications.
She also facilitates writing workshops and speaks to groups across the country.
Her latest books, Field of Destiny
and Giving with Meaning, have ranked bestseller in several categories on both Amazon and BarnesandNoble.com. Her next novel,
A Thousand Whispers, is planned for release in 2009.
Drawn to the interplay between body, mind and spirit,
Patricia's novels and magazine articles explore values, beliefs, and spirituality and the power of each and every choice to
impact our life. |
